He graduated in Computer Graphics Design from Scitex Computer School, Singapore.(1998) He has acquired much experience in the world of training and development. His experience in the training domain lies in various capacities. He is an experience trainer and at the same time is capable of managing a full span training department, especially for the trainings which are related to KDN Quota Application / JTK Eppax / Immigration. He particularly emphasized on foreign workers recruitment & training , as he believes that provides a good service is to maintain the good relationship with customers is even more important than anything else. Mr CK Lee had worked with 2 Manpower Supply Companies in 2013 & 2015, in charge for KDN Quota application and dealing with numerous of oversea agencies. He knows how to deal with unreliable oversea agencies and turn them around. He has negotiated in many procurement deals and is instrumental in implementing several cost reductions techniques. He was started his foreign workers recruitment consultancy in 2013. Over these 7 years, he had helped over 350 companies in more than 15 industries to get their KDN Quota and recruited more than 12 thousand workers from source countries for his clients, in difference industries.
