Overall Accountabilities • Management of key accounts and distribution channels in Thailand and Singapore • Develop sales & marketing plan with the sales partner in accordance to budgeted sales target. • Initiate, coordinate and follow up the defined activities to the execution of planned sales & marketing campaigns • Train the organization of the partner in order to assure a competent and up to date informed sales force. • Coordinate and manage the interface between the partners' sales operations and LESER organization • Assure the proper reporting of the partners' activities which include the sales reporting on sales volume and industries as well as the activities through exhibitions and campaigns. • Provide a regular business performance report and visit reports for customers and partners visits
