Supports the achievement of department’s strategic objectives through management of business intelligence and analytics, strategic and service line planning, business development activities, and coordination of internal planning cycles. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders their needs and translate that into KPIs and scorecards to facilitate growth e. Conduct simulation and illustrate P&L of of department initiatives with Finance and Actuarial department 3. Project Management a. Responsible for defining features and prioritizing tasks created to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for the team. b. Key gatekeeper in solution quality control with the authority to accept or reject the developed features based on test results. c. Responsible in stating business requirements and provide vision of the solution for entire project team
