My professional experience spanned in the financial sector for more than 20 years. My working history begins as an operation executive in the securities industries handling trade settlement for almost 5 years before moving to a credit risk role for another 6 years in securities stockbroking industry\. Subsequently, I move onto Credit Suisse (“Bank”) which I have acquired 11 years’ operational experience through internal mobility with Private Bank (“PB”) and Investment Bank (“IB”) on OTC equities derivatives, structured products, trade settlement, product reference data and credit risk management. In 2018, I have re-joined the stock broking industry in business management with KGI Securities. Within a year I was offered a role as Head of Credit Control (“HOD”) for RHB Securities Singapore Pte Ltd (“RHBSS”). Currently, I working as customer support for Qornerstone Pte Ltd. ore Competencies 1) Planning & Capacity Management– I have amassed skills in planning such as budget forecast, allocation of work packages and duties for teams under my direct line management 2) People Management – Accumulated experience in managing teams based in local and regional locations (India & Poland). Involved in staff mentoring and personal performance guidance 3) Operational expertise – Strong front to back operational experience and process management obtained by holding various posts in trade settlement, structured product lifecycle management, product data management and credit risk. 4) Product Knowledge- Have a good grasp of fundamentals and understanding on composition and market behaviour for financial instruments such as equities, fixed income, structured products, OTC derivatives and funds. 5) Operational Risk and Credit Control– Experience in operational roles cultivate a strong operational and credit risk control mindset, data governance and operational process. 6) Project Management – Participation in various departmental/organisation’s projects and programs respectively. .
