Provided hardware and software support to staff using Jira and ServiceNow ticketing systems Aid in management of 375 workstations, 100 mobile devices, 25 digital signs, 30 printers, and 180 cameras Lead a weather station project to log and collect environmental data (humidity, air quality, temperature, etc) Imaged and deployed 100+ Dell/Lenovo/Apple devices(2/wk) as part of a workstation refresh or when necessary Performed workstation setups, teardowns, and refreshes to ensure operational readiness, including VoIP phones, Dell docking stations, computers, and cabling
