Over the past 30 years, that has taken me across Canada, the United States, Mexico, Colombia, and parts of Europe, working in telecommunications, SaaS, BPO, and consulting. I’ve worked inside large organizations like Bell Canada and Avaya, and I’ve also built and operated businesses myself. Those experiences have given me a practical view of growth, one that connects strategy with what actually works in the field. What has always mattered to me is how relationships are built along the way. I tend to listen first, understand what drives the people I’m working with, and then move things forward from there. Over time, I’ve learned that strong partnerships come from trust and consistency, not just from a good pitch or a well-structured plan. Working across different cultures has reinforced that. It has shaped how I communicate, how I adapt, and how I keep things moving when there are different perspectives at the table.
