I have excellent oral, written and analytical skills, and am detail oriented in my work tasks and believe my interpersonal skills can be a valuable asset to my employer.. I have many years working in retail, as receiving, sales, and in supervisory roles. Working as the Lead Office associate at Beall’s Department store I have cash management skills such as: balancing cash drawers from previous day’s business, answering multi- line phone, assisting customers, and maintaining both a postal machine and cash drawers. I have approximately 9 years experience as an instructor, while employed at Ben Frankin Crafts, I taught craft and picture framing classes, and was a Field training Officer for the Sheriff's Office training new deputies. I worked for 20 years as a sheriff's Deputy and Corporal in the county Detention facility. I enjoy administrative tasks, and have had additional classes on advanced report writing and review, as well as Human Diversity classes. I enjoy being part of a successful team and assisting others achieve team goals. I like taking the initiative, and enjoy taking on new challenges.
