Created tools based on discrete element method (DEM) to optimize BF charging systems. Created tools based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to monitor and predict BF tapping cycles. Improved pulverized coal injection based on CFD model results.

Provided technical support in ironmaking for process optimization and cost reduction. Implemented a mathematical model for supply chain planning, optimizing the purchasing planning of reducing agents such as coal and coke. Developed strategic suppliers of reducing agents, including coke, coking coals, and coal for PCI. Optimized supply chain, increased operational efficiency, and reduced costs for overall plant performance.
