After nearly two decades in tech, I left in 2023 to found Burn Brightly, a coaching practice supporting women through career burnout and high-stress transitions. I am now pursuing clinical training. I'm completing an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adler Graduate School, working toward LPC licensure. My orientation is person-centered and Adlerian. Clinical interests include neurobiological approaches to trauma and psychedelic-assisted therapy.
