Dept of Justice, Business Operations & Subcontractor Manager: Managed 85 subcontractors, Statements of Work, labor hours, purchase orders, invoicing, staffing, on-boarding, & security clearances. Analyzed and managed project financials and forecasting for 12 multi-million dollar Task Order Awards. Improved operational effectiveness, developed metrics, and analyzed quarterly finances.
DMDC, Project Officer (Jan 2006 - Oct 2008, 2 years & 10 months): Analyzed and forecasted annual cardstock and printer consumable across DoD components. Improved processes, implemented changes, and improved efficiency by more closely predicting usage. Organized and coordinated inventory levels and logistics, established procedures for agency billing and managing inquiries. TSA, Subcontracts & Materials Manager (Nov 2004 - Dec 2005, 13 months): Managed subcontractor financials and Bill of Materials expenses, analyzed budget v. actuals review. Created Asset Management system to track 1,000+ items. Major Medical Center, Analyst (June 2004 - Nov 2004, 6 months): Identified and assessed impact of financial reporting issues related to institutional compliance in grants management. Process review, data analysis, & reporting.
