Lea is the founder and creator of Rise to Shine Wellbeing. She is a leader in the field of functional breathing to enhance wellbeing. She specialises in regulating the nervous system through functional breathing and breathwork strategies. Facilitating workshops, presentations, private and group sessions, Lea empowers individuals to access the innate potential of the breath to regulate, balance and support physical, mental and emotional wellbeing to optimise performance and health. Lea’s philosophy is centred around empowering individuals to take personal responsibility for their own health, with easy-to-implement daily wellness practices. Lea uniquely combines over 18 years of teaching Health and Physical Education with her yoga teaching, wellness coaching and expertise in the science of breathing.
