I have worked with food for the past twenty years in both France and the UK, although my relationship with and love of food date as far back as I can remember. I was classically trained for seven years at the Michelin * Le Riche in Southern France before diversifying and eventually moving to the UK. My main area of expertise is Fine Dining. Starting as Commie Chef I achieved the position of Head Chef via a proactive, hardworking ethos. I have been fortunate enough to work under and learn from renowned chefs who include Anton Edelmann, Daniel Crow (who was the first Englishman to manage three Michelin *’s on behalf of Albert Roux Snr in the 1970’s & 1980’s) and celebrity chef Michael Moore. I have worked for top London restaurants, traditional and established Clubs and high profile hospitality. As my career broadened and diversified I have also gained experience in food development and management within contract catering. I consider myself confident, adaptable and reliable and I am keen to utilize the skills, knowledge and attributes I have acquired through fresh challenges. Continuing to advance my own understanding and proficiency through the sustained development of my career.
