Experienced and result oriented engineering leader having worked in various professional motorsport environments. Currently working as a Chief Engineer for BMW AG. My current role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, a solid technical background and a strong ability to make rapid decision based on imperfect information in a high-pressure environment. Throughout my career, I evolved from working autonomously as a subject specialist to leading a group of experts on mid to long term project. I have experience working in international surroundings and adapt to various environments ranging from rig planning and testing, race track events as well as leading software/hardware project to their goals.   Key skills and experience include: - Leadership and management of the operation of an Electric/ICE race car during race and test events. - In 2 seasons in Formula E as a Race Engineer, I accumulated 3 race wins, 3 pole positions, finished 3rd overall in season 7 with Jake Dennis with the best Formula E rookie season award and the most laps led during the season. - Team leader ride analysis, responsible for 7 post rig testing, ride analysis methodology and software development. - Management of a driver in the loop simulator from a technical, budgeting and project planning standpoint. - Development and operation of physical/statistical models for the optimisation of a vehicle and its sub-systems. - Leadership of a data analytic project to facilitate rapid data analysis and trend evaluation using SQL databases. - Development and creation of key performance metrics to assess performance of a race car and its systems. - Coordinating with suppliers the commission of bespoke products. - Experience in CAD Design and FEA, commissioning car components and rig equipment. - Lifecycle of component and continual reassessment to improve reliability and cost. Engineering software skills: Simulation: Matlab / Simulink, vTag and System Monitor, rFpro, (Driver in the Loop Simulation) Data Analysis: MAT ATLAS, Magneti Marelli WinTax. CAD/FEA/CFD: CATIA V5, Solidworks. IT Skills : Agile Toolkit(Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence), TIBCO Spotfire and Tableau (Data Analytics), Microsoft Office suite + Project.
