Supply Chain Manager Steel Wire Solutions EMEA Previously Planning & Plant Support Manager at the Q8Oils Blending plant in Antwerp and Strategy Operations and Supply Chain Consultant at Accenture Strategy. Specialised in production and raw material planning, control tower, S&OP, demand and supply planning and inventory planning. Master in General Management from Vlerick Leuven-Gent Management School and a Civil Engineering masters degree from the University of Gent (UGent).
Led the team responsible for supporting the new production facility of Q8Oils in Antwerp. The team consists of 4 departments: - Production planning: responsible for planning and monitoring the production processes at the Antwerp Blending plant, making sure Q8Oils meets customer expectations. - Raw material planning: coordinating the supply of materials into the plant and external sites, from base oils & additives to packages and purchased finished products. - Inventory & Masterdata team: responsible for monitoring & managing the raw material and finished product stock levels at all sites, both internal & external. They are also coordinating & setting-up all masterdata linked to production, including product introductions & phasing-out processes. - Application technicians: responsible for supporting the business for MRP and related software, the link between the business and the IT department and suppliers of used software tools
