CSR Champion - Corporate Social Responsibility • Contribute to skills-based volunteering projects • Leading fundraising campaigns & dress down days • Maintaining relationships with community partners • Help to organize CSR related client or candidate events • Be the person of contact for your office / brand in case of CSR related questions (for example for tenders) • Deliver content for quarterly CSR updates • On a regular basis interview an employee who made a difference and write an article (to be used on social media and in updates) • Selling in & personalising the benefits of CSR • Increasing awareness of importance & relevance of initiatives • Collaborating with the CSR Manager & other CSR Champions • Getting feedback from employees & community partners for continuous improvement • Recognising employees who have made a difference • Assisting with impact measurement & reporting • Identifying areas for efficiency improvement & saving • Promoting environmental behaviours • Advocating recycling & responsible use of resources
