In 2025, I was inducted and honored to be included in 𝑀𝑎𝑟𝑞𝑢𝑖𝑠 𝑊ℎ𝑜’𝑠 𝑊ℎ𝑜 𝑖𝑛 𝐴𝑚𝑒𝑟𝑖𝑐𝑎 (Medicine and Healthcare). But I’m not extraordinary. I’m just an ordinary guy who’s worn many hats ... as you can gather from my work experience section here—recording artist, talent acquisition recruiter / headhunter (doctors now), musician (singer-songwriter/ pianist / drummer), entrepreneur, A&R man, copywriter, social advocate, friend, even a "hospital chaplain" (yes a type of minister for a minute lol) and former loyal husband. Throughout my career, the common thread has always been two elements—creativity & talent acquisition. At my core, I’m just a '𝑅𝑜𝑚𝑎𝑛𝑡𝑖𝑐 Soul and 𝐶𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑣𝑒 𝑇𝑎𝑙𝑒𝑛𝑡’ : a curious, kind, and value-oriented human being. And I’ve been fortunate to be a part of a true collaboration; surrounded by and recruiting the truly talented creatives / distinguished healthcare professionals who have had a direct impact on advancing society— in the U.S. and around the world— by redefining art / music, medicine & healthcare via groundbreaking research, industry-shifting innovation, creative genius, disruptive marketing, and pioneering patient care. Other endeavors: T&D is a real estate development company in both the commercial and residential business acquires underperforming assets and turns them into strategic property assets with unprecedented cap rates and NOI. Shopping malls (w/ movie theatres and big box retailers such as Kohls, Target, Best Buy, Walmart, Mc Donald's, etc), Hotels, 50-200 unit apartment buildings. Talent Acquisition / Physician Recruitment & Doctoral-level Providers Vintage Resources was a staffing agency that specializes in advertising. As a full-cycle recruiter I managed a recruiting division, where I led Physician Recruitment for Medical Director (MD or PhD) roles within pharmaceutical advertising agencies. Business development (acquiring new business and client relations). I also oversaw creative recruitment for pharma and consumer advertising, specializing in all things copy—from Senior Copywriter to Executive Creative Director—and Art Directors. Additionally, I managed my pharmaceutical professional-market desk, focusing on both traditional CRM and digital recruitment, while supporting account services roles as well.
