Handle risk related and fraud related matters in Payments Business (i.e., Cards and Payment Gateway). Preparation and/or review of risk and fraud related SOPs. Working closely with MTA’s Cards Finance, Cards Operations, Cards Marketing, Cards Product Development / Innovation, Cards Technology and other departments within MTA. Working closely with Compliance Division personnel on Internal Blacklist, Politically Exposed Person (PEP), Anti Money Laundering (AML), Counter Terrorists Financing (CTF) and other compliance-related matters. Helping to raise Change Request forms and System Fault Report forms. User acceptance tests (UAT) on new card system modules/enhancements. Risk / Fraud investigations within Payments Business, including but not limited to cardholders’ high card-to-card transfers, high cash-ins, high cash-outs and Payment Gateway merchants. Online card registrations’ data cleansing and liaising with card applicants who use this channel regarding data integrity and/or ID image issues. Reviewing and acting promptly on cardholders who have e-wallet balance that exceeds the e-wallet limit. Reviewing and acting promptly on cardholders who have negative balance in the e-wallet. Problems resolution including escalation of issues to the correct departments; Any other work assignments that are given by the management from time to time.
