Hey there! My name is Lavinia, and I am an award-winning Blockchain business and Web3 thought leader as well as a consultant with a focus on #DEI and female leadership. I am also the founder of Women in Blockchain Talks, the award-winning and No1 global networking and education blockchain platform that shines a spotlight on dynamic women in the Blockchain ecosystem, which I started in 2019.
