With the experience as a quality intern in Royale marine Impex Pvt Ltd and also as a Project Intern by undertaking two projects related to product development and implementation of GMP & GHP which fascinated me in that area where I can explore my knowledge & experience for my personal as well as organization growth. I am looking forward to a challenging career in product development, quality and Production with a progressive organization that provides an opportunity to capitalize my Technical skills & abilities in the field of food technology/food safety/Quality Assurance and Quality Control
I have done a project on how to enhance shelf life of dal by adding lime juice which makes the food acidified due to lowering of ph content which helps in hindering the growth of micro organisms and thus enhances the shelf life. I have also done another project on Implementation of GMP and GHP in IRCTC Base kitchen by training the food handlers on importance of GMP & GHP and also made the posters to bring awareness on personal hygeine among the food handlers .
Worked as Quality intern by performing different microbiology tests of different types of microorganisms grown in shrimps and biochemical tests which includes hardness,BOD,PH, chlorine test and also learnt how different Antibiotics tests are performed by using ELISA Technique
