• Instrumental in providing support for Cartesian’s North American Consulting and Staffing operations. • Lead on maintaining Cartesian's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including data entry and managing candidates, clients and jobs. Documented all related activities associated with the candidates’ records including experience, contact information, status updates, account manager and client submittals, interviews and placements. Attached candidates’ resumes, references and other documents received. Created, tracked and managed all jobs in the Bullhorn Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Performed data entry of all related documentation. • Posted and modified open positions through the ATS and utilized WordPress to post on Cartesian’s website directly. Also posted jobs to external job boards and reviewed applicant submissions. Tracked submissions and communicated with applicants on status of their application. Managed the candidate application and status throughout the process. • Managed a LinkedIn Recruiter seat. Posted jobs, reviewed candidate submissions, sourced for candidates and contacted candidates for interest. • Facilitated the reference checking process, documenting and outreaching to references via email and tracked and distributed responses. • Responsible for updating resumes into Cartesian format for presentation to clients. • Utilized job boards, social media sites and internal database to search and source candidates. Researched new sites to use for sourcing. • Assisted Director of Recruiting with consultant forecasting and tracking as well special reporting on projects, people and placements. • Ordered background checks and drug screens for new employees and tracked completion. • Trained new employees on recruiting team’s processes. As an administrator of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), trained and helped employees as needed.
