I advise small and large businesses concerning all types of business matters, including selecting and forming the type of entity; real estate leasing, sales and acquisitions; employment issues; operations; purchases of other businesses; negotiations and settlements; succession planning; and the sale or closing the business. I also assist clients with their individual estate plans, which are often coordinated with the succession planning for the client's business. I also practice a unique area of law - fertility and surrogacy law. I have nearly 20 years' experience representing parents, donors and surrogates who are using assisted reproductive technology to help them start a family.
