Leading a department of 100+ experts with global responsibility for product offering development. Responsibility areas within the department include R&D, product management, product testing project & process management, product safety & sustainability and quality. R&D focus areas include electrification, automation and digitalization. Member of the surface drilling division’s management team.
Responsible for leading Forwarder and Harvester programs and product line portfolio planning. Responsible for quality improvement implementation. Leading several multi-functional teams of 10+ members for multiple programs. Member of Wheeled-Cut-to-Lenght product line management team.
Responsible for Forwarder base machine development. Also responsible for all Wheeled Cut-To-Length machinery powertrain and power unit development. Responsible for 16 direct reports on 2 continents. Leading forwarder product line projects and a project team of 10 individual contributors from variety of different departments (supply management, engineering, testing, quality, manufacturing, product support) Working on product line planning for future forwarder needs and solutions.
Responsible for 6 test engineers and all Forwarder product line related testing including, powertrain, hydraulics, durability etc.
