During my work history, starting in May 1990, I've always liked working face-to-face with customers. My job responsibilities have mainly consisted of problem diagnosting and solving. Having started with the Olivetti ATMs I've since widened my skills to cover Windows, printer and network technologies. The past few years I've been installing and configuring Windows workstations and peripherals and consulting, when needed, in daily needs of the customers. My most recent role was diagnosing and solving customer workstation problems at the Service Desk.
