Project Management
- As HR Manager : ■ Responsible for all administrative tasks (job description, publication on different supports, work with legal organizations). ■ Sourcing activities : finding candidates (Internet, partners, network, cooptation). ■ Recruiting process : selection, appointement, interviews, refusals, negotiation, follow-up, indicators. ■ Responsible for recruitments and coaching the consultants. - As Business Manager : ■ Specialized on IT/IS activities for customers in the industry and tertiary sectors. ■ In charge to develop the services portfolio in the greater East. ■ Support large accounts for their projects implementation. ■ Response to call of tenders, writing contracts, negociating offers. ■ Project follow-up in close connection with our customers. ■ Manage and control the margin and the profitability of all activities under my responsibility.
Context : « Within the R4 Project whose objective is to migrate the existing infrastructure of the operator towards a full IP technology provided by NSN (Nokia).» Main responsibilities : ■ Project Manager for one Administration Center (CA). ■ Team leader for 10 persons (3 teams for CA, Work orders & engineering). ■ Day-to-day management of the workload and operations. ■ Writing of procedures, creation of a knowledge base (technical referential, end-user procedures, project documentation, ...). ■ Responsible for quality and all deliveries. ■ Head of the steering committee : project follow-up, planning, actions plan, resolution of open technical points, development of indicators and dashboards. ■ Member of the direction committee : global follow-up, milestones, planning, forecast, productivity, risk and quality management.
Context : «Set up the Testing Team for the whole SAP Centre of Excellence.» Main responsibilities : ■ Organization proposal to the management and creation of a dedicated testing team : definition of all profiles and constitution of the operational team. ■ Responsible for the daily operations by dispatching the workload, fixing objectives and ensure good communication between all team members. ■ Roll out of a testing methodology based on the syllabus 2005 of the ISTQB (International Software Testing Board Qualifications) - http://www.istqb.org ■ Management and coordination of all the activities in matter of Tests. ■ Experience with HP Mercury Test Director to manage all testing phases. ■ Definition of an architecture based on business processes by using the BPT (Business Testing Process) technology from Mercury. ■ Set up of indicators to follow the maturity of the tests. ■ Creation of a weekly dashboard to summarize our achievements for the Top management.
Context : «Autorisation Team Leader within the SAP Competence Center.» Main responsibilities : ■ Responsible for both Maintenance & Rollout activities for the Technical Integration department. ■ Management up to 6 people. ■ Recruitment activity : writing job offers, qualification of the CV, interviews and candidates selection. ■ Organization of the work : requests analysis, workload estimation, resource allocation, responsible for the delivery and quality. ■ Creation of different tools (tasks scheduling, requests follow up, indicators, …), production of dashboards... ■ Participation to the Team reviews and department reviews. ■ Active contribution to the SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) project : definition and implementation of the methodology for the CHECKAUD tool, training and support for the major Alcatel entities, interface with the editor, participation to the steering committee.
