      Organised by the French Tennis Federation in collaboration with Qatar Sports Investments (QSI) and under the governance of the International Padel Federation (FIP), the Greenweez Paris Major Premier Padel is a global event welcoming the best padel players in the world in a padel version of Roland Garros stadium. For the first padel tournament held at Roland-Garros, I was in charge of the daily management of the partner account activations (major, premium, official, supplier, media) in order to deliver all contractual rights and maintain productive and beneficial partnerships. In particular: • Conception of sponsorship matrices to ensure the best monitoring of the delivery of partner rights. • Cross-working with the other departments to coordinate and ensure delivery of the rights included in the contracts. • Creation and implementation of partners' contractual rights : - Court visibility: LEDs, fixed panels, ball boxes, furniture, etc. - Digital visibility: social networks, official website and ticket office - Hospitality & Ticketing - In-stadium activation: partner booths, activation operations, etc. • Defining, deploying and monitoring partner activation operations during the event, such as: - « Espace relax Greenweez » - Greenweez filming - Renault Influencers Day - Clinic Padel partners
