In the context of the global LafargeHolcim merger, member of the local executive committee in charge of the Lafarge-Holcim post merger integration and strategy in Morocco: - Successful coordination of the merger transaction within 4 months - Identification and follow up of merger related synergies for 40+ mUSD per annum - Integration of IT systems 6 months after the merger - Coordination of change and organization related topics - Define and implement the strategy in Morocco in the context of the new merged industrial network
In charge of inbound & outbound logistics activities of Holcim in Morocco (6 mio tons transported/year, 10+ locations) - Creation of the logistics department (strategic roadmap, organization) - Broad logistics safety improvement plan - Renegotiation of transport contracts leading to 10% cost reduction in 2015 - Implementation of integrated logistic tools (web-ordering, automatic loading, GPS) that led to improved waiting time by 20% Set up and management of the export activity of Holcim in Morocco in 2013 - Represented 30% of total 2015 volumes (800 kT of clinker) - 10 USD/t (25%) of gross margin in a very competitive and international market
