Laurent Kleitman is the Group CEO of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and independent director at Kering. Laurent has held senior leadership roles at Unilever, Coty, and LVMH. Before joining Mandarin Oriental, Laurent was President and Chief Executive of Parfums Christian Dior, where he led the brand's transformation in fragrance, make-up, skincare, and spa categories. A French national and graduate of Reims Management School, Laurent is based at Mandarin Oriental’s HQ in Hong Kong.
