Laurent Kleitman is the Group CEO of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and independent director at Kering. His passion for brand building and creating exceptional luxury experiences has defined his 30-year career in luxury and lifestyle brands. Laurent has held senior leadership roles at Unilever, Coty, and LVMH. Before joining Mandarin Oriental, Laurent was President and Chief Executive of Parfums Christian Dior, where he led the brand's transformation in fragrance, make-up, skincare, and spa categories. A French national and graduate of Reims Management School, Laurent is based at Mandarin Oriental’s HQ in Hong Kong.

Drove success of iconic brands such as Sunsilk, Dove, TRESemmé, Clear, Nexxus, Lux, TIGI, and Toni&Guy. Responsibility for strategy, P&L, share, brand equities, innovations, communication, R&D, M&A.
Chaired one of top 10 Unilever operating companies worldwide and #1 FMCG employer in Russia, leading strategy, growth, transformation agenda. Oversaw €1.4B turnover, 9000 employees, 6 manufacturing sites.
