• Used event software Tripleseat to manage events for 2 venues. • Worked with new leads on booking and led tours of the venues. • Communicates with clients and vendors for effective planning and execution of the event. • Developed relationships with vendors to grow a preferred vendor list. • Worked with In-House caterer and bar staff to create menus. • Worked alongside event partner to coordinate tasks, exchange information and bring ideas to the table. • Worked events as Event Coordinator- managed staff, vendors and facility.
• Uses Sprout Social to manage Instagram and Facebook social media posts for 3 accounts and assists with 2 other accounts. Manages engagements, publishing posts, Stories, messages and profile upkeep. View Instagram pages via media links. • Holds content creation sessions with accounts for posting and updating websites- taking photos, gathering updates and schedule promotions. • Works with the Marketing Manager to schedule marketing plans, generate ideas and discuss needs. • Uses Lightroom to edit photos. • Uses Canva to create announcements and promotional fliers. Prints for in-house as needed. • Uses Squarespace to edit and update website. • Creates and runs Facebook & Instagram Ads.
• Managed reservation system, fluent in guest seating and reviewed statistics for restaurant performance. • Communicates effectively with other Hosts, Servers, and Managers to relay and discuss guests and information. • Created a new training manual and successfully trained many new Hosts. • Memorized section, table, seat numbers and menu items to deliver food to guest tables, provided services for guests and trained a new Food Runner.
