- Manage 3 different Elastomers product lines (Neoprene CR, Vamac AEM, Viton FKM) in EMEA region, including New Product development/launch, Demand & Supply Chain Management (DIBM), regional Pricing strategy definition/management - Collaborate and promote the Elastomers product lines across all key functions within the region such as Marketing, Sales, Technology, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure optimized cross functional business decisions. - Drive organic business growth, and optimize Revenue, Profit and Cash as per financial objectives. - Coordinate globally the Vamac(r) AEM product line actitivities, including long-term strategic planning. - Member of Performance Polymers regional Business Leadership team and the Global Elastomers business team
- Manage the distribution network for the Elastomer product portfolio in the region EMEA with regards to business objectives, growth strategy, marketing activities by country and pricing strategy - Lead and coordinate the activities of the distributor sales team (15 sales representatives) and the DuPont Technical Service & Development team (7 technical service and 3 development representatives) - SixSigma Black Belt certified
- Define and implement the global account strategies - Lead global pricing negotiations - Coordinate the global account teams with regards to growth strategy, pricing and new business development activities - Drive acquisition and manage international Projects - Accountable for global sales revenue of 30 Mio.
