Let me introduce myself, my name is Laurent Primadita Natasapradja. I previously worked as a officer HRD - GA at PT Angsa Daya from Jul 2019-Nov 2021. I am graduated from Industrial Engineering at National Institute of Technology Bandung with experience as a student participating in several organizations. I personally like to socialize, adapt easily, enjoy learning new things, and can work as a team or individually. Passive in English. Hard worker and highly motivated at work. Enjoys meeting new challenges, good in communication, and able to work under pressure. Have an interest in the field of Human Resources, and work related to my educational background. HRD-GA Officer has a post job as an assistant to the HRD-GA Manager by directly assisting the HRD-GA Manager's work, and is required to understand the work of all sections in HRD-GA. Responsible for evaluating employee performance, employee competence, controlling employee overtime from each department, person in charge of the needs of the HRD-GA department, making innovations to achieve the department's quality goals. In addition, helping the work of all sections of the HRD-GA Department. Such as sections, training, recruitment, admin & attendance, K3 & Environment, general affairs, SOPs. Projects that have been implemented: - Efficiency of employees in the finished goods warehouse department in the forklift section for loading finished goods. - Efficiency of employees in filter press section. - Become a ‘SATGAS Covid-19’ in the company. - Designing employee vaccination projects in the company (scheduling, implementation, and making final reports)
- Compile studio practicum module designing facility layout. - Teach software training Autocad, Aldep, Corelap, and 3D Sweethome to support the practice of designing layout facilities. - Teaching students about designing facility layout. - Recruiting students to become asistent studio design facilities for the next period. - I am the division of procurement and inventory, have the job to recap and provide the needs of all divisions in the "Studio Perancangan Tata Letak Fasilitas"
