    Responsible for the management, development, implementation and extension of a global strategy to grow ITE’s presence in Transport & Logistics and Travel & Tourism sector and to create a global portfolio of events. I have responsibility for producing and delivering a strategy that facilitates scalable and profitable growth within the portfolio and beyond. I am responsible for commercial delivery including sales and marketing and via a matrix structure, input into visitor marketing, conference and educational program development and onsite show operations. Under this matrix structure, I am also responsible for developing and implementing long term strategic plans for the current and new products and business across all media channels I identify and participate to acquisition & partnership strategy for the portfolio, and I am responsible for managing key stakeholder relationships both internal and external and work closely with Regional or Channel peers to deliver a coordinated strategy to best leverage these opportunities. I grew the Transport & Logistics portfolio from 8 events to 24 through launches and acquisitions in 15 countries and 4 continents, and turned ITE Group into the largest Transport & Logistics events organiser Lead the acquisition of Breakbulk events (Belgium, USA, China, South Africa, UAE, Malaysia) Lead the acquisition of Eurasia Rail (Turkey)
