Outdoor sports (hiking/trekking, camping, climbing, horse riding, hunting, fishing) I satisfy our digital sport users on a high level alongside the user journey. In my role it's my responsibility to increase the value of our digital sport user in the online journey. In line with the digital strategy I know what I can do in order to increase the customer experience in digital. I conduct market research to understand the online behavior of my user and be able to transform this into actions that I take ownership in my role. - I consolidate end-user needs by using marketing and user research for my sport in collaboration with departments CRM and UX/CX - I am accountable for the seamless digital customer journey of my sport within the awareness, consideration and purchase phases - I am responsible for the business performance (sales, returns & margin) of my sport and the customer journey performance of my sport - I have a content marketing plan for my sport - I use marketing campaigns to drive incremental revenue for my sport - I support the implementation of circular economy models for my sport
