- Coordination of conception, manufacturation and delivery of molds and molded parts for automotive customers - Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting due dates (off-tool parts delivery, PPAP...) and proposing pro-actively problem's solutions - Track and improve the profitability of the increasing amount of ongoing projects
- Tracking and diminution of the Sales and general administration costs of the worldwide sales - Creation and worldwide roll-out of lean -processes for price mitigation and order-to-cash management - Sales support for product life cycle management from prototype till end of production - Planning of the implementation of the new sales data-base (sharepoint) and definition of IT roles (admin, contributors, visitors…)
- 1st station at sales dept.: support for claiming, follow-up of deescalation criteria and participation to the yearly negociation meeting - 2nd station at project management dept.: support for planning of the engineering and purchase milestones, participation to the serie-team meetings and to the kick-off of a new project - 3rd station at indirect purchase dept. : in charge of machinery , facilities, uniformes and tools purchases: negociation with the provider and the internal customer, consolidation of purchases and folllow-up of purchase orders
- Participation the definition of long-term strategic goals: meeting with business units, evaluation of potentials and risks - In charge of the sales planing of numerous customers: compillation of the purchase forecasts, check of their veracity, uploads - Improvement of the information flows within the department (production of a customer list, use of the Bosch intra-net…)
- In charge of a quality partnership with retailer : contract managment, audits planification, results reports - Participation in a partnership with wholesalers : definition of the target group, establishment of margeting actions - Acquiring knowledges concerning the tire and its market in Germany, Austria and Swiss
