• Support the identification, analysis and execution of investment opportunities across financial products, private equity funds, real estate and direct corporate investments, from screening to closing. • Contribute to the ongoing monitoring and strategic management of SOPER’s €300m diversified portfolio: performance tracking, risk/return analysis, company follow-up, and reporting to internal stakeholders. • Prepare investment memos and financial models to support decision-making and capital allocation. • Support SOPER’s subsidiaries on growth and financing topics: business plans, financial analysis, and structuring of commercial offers. • Contribute to subsidiaries’ financing strategy and execution across grant funding, debt financing and equity fundraising.
• Manage business analyses and valuations of companies in transactional contexts (sell-side, buy-side and fairness opinion) • Perform business modeling for strategic decision support • Prepare financial due diligences in transactional contexts
