Led 800 employees in 8 Production sites TOWARD INNOVATION and EXCELLENCE. In charge of the manufacturing of instruments & consumables (chemistry, biology, plastics) in highly regulated environments (FDA, IVDR) DEVELOP A VISION, BUILD A STRATEGY, ON BOARD TEAMS: I initiated and implemented a plan to make the Manufacturing organization ready to support the company strategy. I redesigned the overall organization with a focus on improving performance and profitability: footprint rationalization, reshape of site responsibilities, redesign of flows and processes TRUST PEOPLE AND LEAD THEM BEYOND THEIR LIMITS: I initiated a program to develop talents, which included trainings but also mentoring and a programmed turnover between functions.

GROW SERVICE TO CUSTOMER AND PROFITABILITY : I initiated an S&OP program, redesigned the demand & supply planning organization, reduced inventories by 20% and scrap by 19% (yearly averages)
Grew a partnership with Beckman-Coulter (Danaher) and made it the MOST PROFITABLE P&L of the company. Managed a P&L of $50 million Led R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, Marketing (70 people) to design, produce and distribute infectious diseases tests INVOLVE THE TEAM TO INNOVATE TOWARD EXCELLENCE: I provided an ambitious vision and onboarded my team to build the strategy and implement it. I initiated a dynamic idea management program to make all employees own the performance and the customer satisfaction BUILD A WIN-WIN PARTNERSHIP TO SERVE A SOLID GROWTH: while Beckman was a competitor, I built trust and efficiency through an organization and processes supporting common goals. I led in parallel contract negotiations to eventually reach the biggest contract of Bio-Rad ever.
