I'm a SaaS operator and platform strategist with nearly 30 years in tech—founder of Keenondots, which I scaled into a successful PaaS business and sold to CloudBlue in 2022. Post-acquisition, I helped architect and lead the CloudBlue SaaS business to triple-digit growth, while preserving agility and a customer-first mindset inside a global enterprise. Teams I've led were small, fast, and focused—delivering onboarding, migrations, platform ops, and customer success across dozens of global clients. I thrive in the gap between vision and execution, helping teams grow while building resilient systems and business models. I’m excited to share that as of today I’ve officially started as CTO at Kogna. In this role I’ll be working with the team to strengthen our technology foundations, shape a clear vision for scaling, and align our work with meaningful outcomes for customers. I’ve started working for CloudBlue under HostPapa ownership as Technology & Strategy Advisor. In this role I work with the leadership team to shape CloudBlue’s next phase by aligning technology, SaaS delivery, and strategic priorities with the broader HostPapa platform vision. My focus areas include: - Strengthening CloudBlue’s SaaS architecture and operational resilience - Translating strategy into practical technology and delivery choices - Advising on scaling models, customer success, and retention - Positioning CloudBlue as a cornerstone in HostPapa’s partner-driven growth I’m excited to continue the journey and contribute to CloudBlue’s evolution in this new chapter.
Providing on-track coaching and driver development during race license training programs at circuits including Circuit Zandvoort. Work with aspiring racing drivers preparing for their circuit racing license, focusing on vehicle control, racing lines, situational awareness, and racecraft. Responsibilities include: - In-car instruction and lead-follow coaching sessions on track - Structured driver feedback on braking technique, cornering, and racing line optimisation - Analysis of driver behaviour, consistency, and situational awareness in traffic - Preparing drivers for successful completion of the circuit racing license examination - Participating in driver evaluations during KNAF-supervised license examinations Delivered instruction during the DFAcademy program at Circuit Zandvoort, where assigned students successfully passed their race license examination. Programs operate under the Race Driving School Holland (RDSH) framework originally founded by Michel Schaap.

Joined CloudBlue following its acquisition of Keenondots in 2022 to lead and scale the global SaaS platform business. Responsible for the architecture, operations, and delivery of the CloudBlue SaaS solution, evolving it into a repeatable and scalable model for global partners. Together we: • Delivered strong year-over-year growth • Scaled to serve enterprise partners across multiple regions • Migrated customers from legacy systems to standardized SaaS • Built automation to streamline onboarding, reduce churn, and improve delivery speed • Led the shift from Shared SaaS to multi-instance architecture for scale and security I was deeply involved in strategy for onboarding, migrations, and platform operations, while influencing product direction and driving cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, and delivery teams. We introduced stream-aligned ways of working, reduced handovers, and improved customer outcomes. This chapter blended product, platform, and people. All focused on making CloudBlue SaaS the engine for partner growth.
