I am currently undertaking my Training Contract at Woodcocks Haworth and Nuttall Solicitors in the Civil Litigation department at the Clitheroe branch. My role includes assisting on personal injury claims, landlord and tenant disputes, contested probate matters and various other Civil litigation issues.
Conducted client interviews and created/maintained detailed case records. Investigated and researched information and its ramifications and communicated this to clients to allow them to make informed decisions.
