As a Foundation Manager, I am the first point of contact for early professionals within the intern scheme, also supporting our wider community of apprentices and graduates. I ensure our Early Professionals are aligned with business priorities through effective communication, coaching and career development, and active participation in reward and recognition programs. Key Responsibilities include: - Performance Appraisal & Performance Management - Training Delivery - Workforce Management - Career Development & Coaching - Recruitment - Stakeholder Management As 12-Month Internship Scheme Programmes Lead, I work closely with senior stakeholders across the UK business and with my counterparts across different countries, to build and maintain strong relationships. embedding IBM's Foundation Scheme as a trusted partner. I deliver and drive improvements across key projects within the internship scheme, through the engagement of our intern cohort. Key Responsibilities include: - Regular reviews to gain insight into key trends, risks, and opportunities across business units. Ensure plans are in place to address them. - Encourage a growth mindset amongst early professionals and my peers, allowing for continuous improvement of the scheme. - Support progression of the early professionals through IBM's various schemes via coaching and upskilling of interns. - Work with wider business to understand their key challenges and identify opportunities for interns to become involved and plug gaps - Engagement with wider HR team to ensure any changes are embedded and sustained. - Manage wellbeing of our intern cohort - Seek out new ideas, new ways of working and experiences which will benefit the scheme
