HR works best when technology supports people — not the other way around. For more than 27 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of Human Resources and technology, helping organizations transform how HR operates through the smart use of HR systems and HR technology strategy. Today, I’m the Founder and President of HR Software Solutions, where I help companies implement, optimize, and get real value from their HR technology — with a strong focus on Workday implementation, Workday optimization, and HRIS strategy. Over the past 14+ years in the Workday ecosystem, I’ve partnered with organizations to: • Lead Workday implementations and HR technology transformations • Stabilize and optimize post–go-live Workday environments • Provide HRIS strategy and advisory leadership • Align HR technology with real business and workforce needs Earlier in my career, I served as Senior Director of HR Systems at WWE, where I led the organization’s Workday team and helped shape their HR technology strategy and systems roadmap. What makes my approach different is that I started my career as an HR practitioner, not just a technologist. I understand the real challenges HR teams face — and how technology can actually make their jobs easier. I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources and an HRIP certification from IHRIM, and I’m passionate about building trusted partnerships that deliver solutions benefiting both the business and the employee experience. When HR technology is done right, it doesn’t just support HR. It helps the entire organization perform better. Outside of my professional work, I’m deeply committed to family and community leadership. I was honored to be awarded the title of South Carolina Mother of the Year 2025 through the American Mothers, a recognition that reflects the values of service, integrity, and leadership that guide both my personal and professional life.
