- Optimize and monitor the HR activities in an international environment - Coordination with the other HR Business partners to implement HR projects locally - Support and coaching of Managers (performance evaluation, social law, recruitment, ...) - Follow up on payroll and contract administration (in cooperation with the Payroll coordinator) - Contactperson for Legal issues - Supportive role during the budget planning Employer representative during the closure procedure of the Company. Responsible to finalize all employee files and payouts. Responsibilities during my role as HR Coordinatort: 2003-2011: - Payroll administration in coordination with local payroll services - Booking of salaries - Providing salary information/ explanation to auditors - Follow up of the fleet and the insurances - First contact with recruitment offices / candidates - First contact in case of social law questions
