I am a dynamic and passionate leader who combines a high scientific level with 15 years of marketing experience. During my 15 years of experience, I honed my abilities: - to create an inclusive collaborative work environment to assure an optimal functioning team - to develop a marketing strategy in line with company objectives and challenge teams on getting that global perspective from a local point of view - to develop valuable and innovative solutions for clinical and non-clinical stakeholders (patients, patient associations, doctors) within Health Care Compliance standards - to manage the budget, P&L and project timelines setting the right priorities within the team. Moreover, my scientific background helped me to establish effective working relationships with key opinion leaders during these 15 years. My goal is to make a difference with passion and human touch.
• Responsible for the Bimzelx® launch in Psoriasis and pre-launch preparation in Hidradenitis suppurativa, focus product for UCB. • Development and implementation of the strategy and tactics (digital and non-digital) • Provinding guidance and coaching to the sales team
• Responsible for the dermatology portfolio • Elaboration and implementation of pre-launch campaign for 1 new product in collaboration with different departments (market access, medical, …) • Support Market Access activities (preparing the reimbursement dossiers, tender dossiers, …)
• Responsible for the cardiology portfolio, including Pradaxa®, the key product for Boehringer Belgium (27M€) • Co-development of the European marketing strategy with the regional office • Development and implementation of the strategy and tactics (digital and non-digital: Adobe campaign, Facebook …)
• Management of the P&L of OTC, Oral Care & “Natural” brands • Building strategic partnerships relationships • Provinding coaching and guidance to the local marketing team (1 assistant & 3 Junior Brand managers)
