As a NYS Digital Inclusion Coalition representative, I created a specialized curriculum of computer classes using powerpoint presentation and hands on activities. I then traveled to over 15 libraries within the pioneer system to teach basic computer classes for adults and seniors.
As an intern of the Creative Services Department I populated the social media accounts for various station programs. I assisted the station publicist in creating press releases and TV program highlights for the WXXI website, as well as compiling mailing lists to promote upcoming events. I also attended department meetings, PR seminars and workshops with the creative services team.
