As the founding recruiter and department leader, I oversaw all things related to hiring while working directly with the co-founders and leadership team. I acted as a player/coach where I actively recruit for roles while also managing the team. I lead recruiting for all departments across the USA, Canada, and the UK at Patch including but not limited to engineering, product, sales, accounting, marketing, people, climate and legal functions. Occasionally, I provided support on HR projects as well.
