Hi there 👋 I'm Lauren, living just outside of Reading. I've been in recruitment for 6 years now, starting off in an agency focusing on graduate sales recruitment. I then moved into an internal role in a fast growing start up where I was for just under 5 years. I now work for Thames Water as a Talent Outreach Partner where I help to bring in untapped talent from the community. "We are the UK’s biggest water and sewerage company with around 15 million customers across London and the Thames Valley.
