I then moved into an internal role in a fast growing start up where I was for just under 5 years. I now work for Thames Water as a Talent Outreach Partner where I help to bring in untapped talent from the community. Main responsibilities: * Run 360 recruitment processes - preparation, sourcing (on LinkedIn and other job boards), screening, selecting, hiring of candidates * Conducting video, phone, in person and assessment day interviews * Stakeholder management of hiring managers * Run interview training * Reporting on candidate CSAT scores and other relevant data points * Helped implement DE&I strategy * Assisted in building company LinkedIn strategy * Run visa processes with help of external immigration lawyer * Implemented student placement scheme and sourced students * Helped redesign careers page * Implemented RTW and reference checking system * Creating and sending out contracts
