I’m a Senior HR Business Partner with 20+ years of international experience helping leaders turn complex people challenges into practical, business-aligned solutions. I’ve partnered with executives, technical leaders, and operational teams across global corporates, scaling organizations, financial services, cleantech, travel, insurance, and non-profit environments. My work spans organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, restructuring, performance management, succession planning, engagement, inclusion, manager capability, and transformation. Alongside core HRBP work, I’ve designed and delivered global talent programs across performance, succession, and career development building scalable frameworks, introducing people metrics, improving talent decisions, and strengthening leadership pipelines.
