I’m a marketing professional with nearly 8 years of experience at Lloyd & Whyte, where I’ve progressed from marketing apprentice to Marketing Manager for Community Broking. I’m passionate about creating marketing that connects, building trust, simplifying complex messages, and delivering campaigns that genuinely resonate. At Lloyd & Whyte, Community Broking it's all about supporting communities across the UK. I lead marketing efforts for this division, working closely with our locations to amplify their voice, boost local engagement, and deliver tailored marketing strategies that support their growth. My day-to-day includes multi-channel strategy, creative direction, team leadership, and a whole lot of problem-solving; and I love every minute of it. I’m especially driven by the opportunity to connect more deeply with the local communities and bring a personal touch to what can often be a very transactional industry. Outside of work, I’m a proud mum to a brilliant young daughter who keeps me on my toes and reminds me of what really matters. I also share my home with Barney, our lovable dog and unofficial emotional support colleague. I recharge by spending time with friends and family, whether that’s through relaxed get-togethers or beach walks that end with fish and chips.
