• Manage marketing, media planning and buying, and social media agencies to deliver the optimal marketing mix to deliver the brand message to existing and prospective customers. • Partner with the VP, Global Digital and Social Strategy to develop and oversee comprehensive eCommerce marketing strategies that will profitably grow the business and generate incremental revenue in all channels of distribution while enhancing the brand. • Partner with e-commerce merchandising and creative teams to develop key concept messaging on JuicyCouture.com and ensure a consistent message across all consumer touch points. • Provide guidance and strategic direction, as well as final approval and management, to international marketing team and licensing partners. • Execute marketing initiatives through various digital channels, including display advertising, direct response marketing, affiliate, SEO, SEM, email, mobile marketing and social media. • Drive future campaigns to achieve marketing goals by analyzing weekly reporting. • Lead the execution and implementation of emails and campaigns that meet both brand and sales goals. • Manage all 8 of the brand’s social media platforms, including optimization, content and growth strategy, as well as implementation and analysis of initiatives.
