• Business parter to VP’s of the Wellness & Healthcare Cannabinoid and Consumer Health Categories • Contribute to developing the corporate narrative and messaging, including writing and liaison with internal stakeholders. • Develop corporate communication assets including website, corporate deck, corporate brand toolkit, product launch celebrations and image library, working as needed with an external agency, to equip the business to implement consistently our brand. • Act as overall brand custodian to ensure brand health. • Develop and maintain effective relationships across the business.
Core responsibilities: • Working closely with the VP Communications, develop and project manage a plan to develop our corporate narrative and messaging. • Contribute to developing the corporate narrative and messaging, including writing and liaison with internal stakeholders. • Develop corporate communication assets including website and corporate deck. Proactively recommend other collateral to help support our internal and external engagement. • Build out our corporate brand toolkit and image library, working as needed with an external agency. • Act as overall brand custodian and co-ordinate with other brand owners for Fertin and Vectura to ensure brand health. • Work with the VP Communications to develop and support implementation of the external communications plan, to build external presence with key stakeholders and carefully targeted media, through a range of tactics including events, thought leadership and media relations. • Manage media training for key executives. • Be a proactive and engaged member of the Communications team. Collaborate closely with Internal Communications, US Communications and Content and Channel manager. • Develop and maintain effective relationships across the business.
• Diary management, organize travel and complex schedules, managing expenses • Expenses, Vendor creations, PO and Invoicing • Liaising with team, internal suppliers, external guests and clients • Typing correspondence, drafting letters, maintain files and managing emails • Coordinating meetings and conference calls with other offices, take & distribute minutes • Supporting and interacting with global leaders in different locations & cultures • Support ad hoc projects as required • Coordinate New Ways of Smart Working and keeping the team together during the pandemic
Chairman Clients, working with client development on: • Inputting data and client profile maintenance, keeping track of Regional Managers client activities and visits • Working closely with expert departments and other offices globally to ensure pre and post-sale support for • Worldwide initiatives to improve customer experience • Planning and strategy for priority clients • Key auction outreach initiatives (e.g. updating client system, sending target emails, event invitations etc.) • Working closely with expert departments and other offices globally to ensure Pre and post-sale support for Chairman’s clients • Client catalogue management • Provide high-level support provided to the Worldwide Jewelry Chairman in his daily activity

• Project management for incentives, congresses, team building events • Organizing/Creating the event from the concept to all logistical arrangements (budgeting, scheduling, site selection, acquiring necessary permits, coordinating transportation, accommodation, communication documents, arranging for speakers or entertainers, arranging decor, event security, catering) • Training of new employees
