Since graduating from University of Winchester, where I studied Film Production (BA), I have gravitated and expanded my knowledge within Editing and Sound operations. I have worked with a range of equipment on location and in post-production. During this time, I worked on a range of projects, all of which were of industry-standard quality. I pay close attention to detail and excel as a team player. Due to my dyslexia, I can think on my feet in any situation and have a keen eye for problem-solving. My excellent organisational skills allow me to manage multiple projects according to any set standards.
Additionally to my studies, myself and other members of film production course at the university of Winchester have come together to produce a feature horror film! I have had the opportunity to be both Sound designer and editor for this amazing project.
For my final project in film production (BA), I had the thrilling opportunity to dive into the world of sound design for a captivating dark fantasy film titled Cloak. This project combines the enchanting elements of live action with the artistry of shadow puppets, creating a truly unique cinematic experience.
I have recently joined the University of Winchester to further my knowledge of film production. During this course, I will be expanding my knowledge and gaining new skills that will help me in my future career in film production. These include, how to operate on a film set, how to communicate clearly with clients and fellow team members, multi-tasking, and how to work in the forever-changing environment of the film industry.
While in my third year at university, I was chosen to be marketing manger for The Country GentleWoman production. A film set in the 1770s, about how to dispose of an unfaithful partner. Instagram: @the_countrygentlewoman
Sound operator for the short film “Alternation” as part of a third year project. This film allowed me to expand my on set skills and conducting in a professional and safe manner.
