Traveled to Chubb offices providing T360 support and training as needed. - Lead project to implement third party invoice review utilizing artificial intelligence and T360 to provide net savings to Chubb through use of technology and human review of invoices. - Oversaw day-to-day operations of all invoice processing and customer service including panel and non-panel invoice processing, specialty deductible tracking, House Counsel recovery and customer service (prior to ACE acquisition of Chubb).
